Returns and Refunds for POD orders (Prints and Merchandise from Printful)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We accept returns for damaged, or defective items and wrong item. You can request either a replacement or a refund on an accepted return.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
We do not accept returns for Buyers remorse.
We also do not accept returns for size exchanges on apparel items as they are custom made. Thank you in advance for understanding.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@delaneyhenderson.com. Send a detailed description and photos of the issue.
If your return is accepted, you will be notified. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:
Printful return address on the label. This address will be confirmed on the return acceptance email.
Replacements on orders are processed within 2-7 business days days, and shipping time may vary depending on the location. Typical shipping times are 3-4 business days for USA orders and 5-15 days for international orders.
Refunds
We will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@delaneyhenderson.com.
Order failed to deliver
If the carrier sent the order back to Printful for wrong address we will hold it for 30 days, you will be contacted to confirm the shipping address. We will cover re-shipping cost.
Item Lost in Transit
If confirmed lost Printful will cover a replacement
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the Painting is damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate it.
We do not accept returns for Buyers remorse on Paintings.
To start a return or refund on a painting you can contact us at info@delaneyhenderson.com. Send clear pictures and a description of the damage.
It will be determined if the painting can be restored in which case it will need to be shipped back - you will be notified to do a return. Instructions will be provided on how to ship the painting back and a shipping label will be provided.

This address will be confirmed on the return acceptance email.
